At age 4, Brian was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and was told that life would be 10-20 years shorter than everyone else. Figuring out the easiest and best ways to thrive and maximize life’s every minute, while still handling all of life’s responsibilities, became a lifelong pursuit. Brian maintains the highest levels of performance at work, while also thriving in his personal life. From teaching fitness classes, to training for his commercial boat captain’s license, to drumming in a rock band, to traveling the world, to a loving family life, all in addition to his day job, his focus is on thriving now, not waiting for retirement. In the beginning, Brian’s friends asked “How do you keep track of it all?” Brian started sharing his system. The tools worked wonders for his friends and colleagues too. They started referring him to others. This is where Productivity Gladiator® was born.

Productivity Gladiator® Brief Overview Text

The Productivity Gladiator® system trains and equips project managers to level up their life balance & pump up their personal practical productivity. It’s specific tools and tactics in important areas like time management, prioritization, email, and handling overwhelm, which result in increased accountability and becoming the “go-to” member of a team. The side effect of these skills is also increased life balance, greater focus, and reduced stress. If you give a task to a Productivity Gladiator®, you know they’re on it. People leave Productivity Gladiator® events with real tactics they can apply right away, at work AND at home.

Time is the currency of your life. Spend it wisely.
